Hearty Chicken and Bean Fiesta

Description: A flavorful and nutritious dinner recipe combining chicken, beans, rice, corn, and peas.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 oz) red beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions:
